Scandinavian Sahti. Locally foraged juniper and aspen log. Sparged through a juniper filled aspen log. All water was a juniper infusion. Uses Kveik yeast.
Created the same beer and divided it among many participants. We used a variety of yeast strains on the beer to see what and how it would impact different flavor profiles on the beer. The results should be in by mid-June.
